Dynamic Radial Fatigue Test, Dynamic Cornering Fatigue Test, and Impact Test.

We have invested USD 500,000 on the testing equipment of wheels and also have a complete stress simulation analysis system. It is to predict the data which might happen on the stress for the wheels to reach the correct safe value, reduce the time and cost efficiently, and also get the more precise data from it. We are proud to announce that we have the certifications of JWL and VIA on our forged wheels!
- Dynamic Radial Fatigue Test
The main purpose of this examination is to check air retention by the tire and confirm the structure strength for the connection of the rim and disk.
- Dynamic Cornering Fatigue Test
This examination is designed to test the strength and deformation of disk.
- Impact Test
This examination is to test the effect on the wheel in the event of an impact to the wheel such as hitting a pot hole or side impact into a curb.
